It felt nice because the children can remember this session and use these tools in the future. I felt happy because the direction for the kids is not the best one, but we deal the best we can.
At Way to Resilience, we create empowering and supportive spaces to learn about what’s hidden beneath the surface — and bring it into the light
Our programs use guided self-exploration, expression, and self-compassion using BAM!
Breath, art, Affirmations, Movement
We will gain a deeper understanding of the feelings, needs and memories lost in our inner world. We gain the ability to self-regulate and strengthen our nervous system. When we become overwhelmed, we’ll have the right tools to regulate, investigate and find peace.
As we foster respect, empathy and resilience within ourselves, we can connect more meaningfully with others.

This training served as a powerful session for me to work through an incident that I thought I had worked through. This session provided a new layer of resolution. Nada's gentle approach and presence are key supporting elements.
