A Focus on Youth in 2022
We are addressing a critical situation: the mental health of a generation of children negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Disruptions to routines, education, and recreation led to loneliness and isolation – known risk factors for poor mental health outcomes.
Many children are afraid, angry, and concerned for their future. In the USA, “symptoms of depression and anxiety have doubled during the pandemic, with 25% of youth experiencing depressive symptoms and 20% experiencing anxiety symptoms. Read more on the numbers in our research and conclusions.
Building Resilience
People are struggling in their personal and work lives. They are not fully exercising their greatest potential for creativity, and productivity. The situation has been worse for children. Maintaining the status quo introduces risk to our communities and an entire generation to come. The investment we make in our children and community today serves to build high-functioning adults of the future.

What We Do
We bring training expertise using mindfulness-backed programs that have a proven impact on Engagement, Enablement, Leadership, and Inclusion. We have a proven curriculum that leverages methodologies in positive psychology, embodiment, empowerment, and mindfulness.
Learners walk away with tools leveraging embodiment to not only build but retain personal resilience. This helps build stronger people while focusing on community and a shared culture focused on well being.
Our team has worked with children and adults to build resilience across the world. We work with schools, universities, corporations, foundations, and government agencies.
